This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of Empresex.io, operated by Cloudpeak Systems s.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our platform and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Once a currency conversion has been completed and the converted funds have been successfully paid out to the client, the transaction becomes non-refundable. Completed transactions of this nature cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded for any reason.

3. Potential Refunds for Funds Under Company Control

We may consider a refund only if the funds remain under the control of Cloudpeak Systems s.r.o. Once the funds have been withdrawn from our control, the transaction is considered successfully completed and is non-refundable. In cases where a refund is considered, the Company reserves the right to deduct all applicable service fees, transaction fees, and any other charges associated with the balance before processing the refund. The decision to process a refund is at the sole discretion of the Company and will be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details, including wallet addresses, amounts, and service selections, before confirming any operation. The Company is not liable for errors or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

5. Fees and Charges

All fees, including network, blockchain, and third-party charges, are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the user, even in the event of a refund.

6. Fraud and Unauthorized Activity

If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized, the Company will investigate and cooperate with authorities as necessary. However, completed currency conversions that have been paid out to the client remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
