How do I register and buy cryptocurrency?
You can register on our platform by clicking Open an account. After confirming your email and phone number, complete a simple verification. Once verified, you can buy and exchange cryptocurrency directly on the platform.
What personal information is required for KYC?
For transactions over €5,000, Proof of Address (POA) is required.
For transactions over €10,000, Source of Funds (SOF) is also needed.
For transactions over €10,000, Source of Funds (SOF) is also needed.
What documents can be accepted as proof of identity (POI), proof of address (POA), and source of funds (SOF)?
Proof of Identity: Valid passport, ID card, driver’s license, or residence permit — clear, full name shown, photographed in color.
Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or tax document issued within the last 3 months – showing your name, address, and date.
Source of Funds: Bank statement, payroll slip, insurance payout, or sales contract proving the origin of your funds, issued within the last 6 months.
